Dr. Alessia Roehnelt, MD is a double board-certified endocrinologist who brings a deeply personalized, evidence-based approach to hormone, metabolic, and longevity medicine. Dr. Roehnelt completed her residency in Internal Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she was elected Chief Resident in Medicine. She then completed her fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the same institution. This rigorous training in one of the nation’s top academic centers shaped her integrative approach — combining clinical precision with a genuine understanding of each patient’s individual experience.
Known for her attentive listening and commitment to root-cause discovery, Dr. Roehnelt takes the time to understand every patient’s story — connecting symptoms, lifestyle factors, and metabolic patterns to craft highly individualized care plans.
