The New Patient Experience at EndoHealth MD is a two-part process designed to give Dr. Roehnelt the complete picture of your health before building your plan. Both visits are included in one flat fee — no surprises.
Step 1 — Comprehensive Consultation (60 minutes)
Your first visit is a full hour — no rushing, no clipboard of questions you answer alone. Dr. Roehnelt reviews your complete history, current symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and any previous labs or records you bring. Whether you're here for hormones, weight loss, thyroid, or longevity optimization, this is where we start connecting the dots that conventional medicine may have missed.

Step 2 — Virtual Results Review (30 minutes)
Once your labs return — typically within 1-2 weeks — Dr. Roehnelt reviews every result personally and schedules a dedicated virtual visit to walk you through everything in plain language. No patient portal notifications you have to decode alone. No waiting for a nurse to call back. A real conversation about what your results mean and what we're going to do about it.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon booking. Payments are non-refundable. Session can be rescheduled with a 48-hours notice prior to session by emailing info@endohealthmedical.com
Any no shows will forfeit payment.
Important Note About
Insulin Management
EndoHealth MD does not exclusively manage insulin pumps or intensive insulin regimens. Patients who require 24/7 insulin oversight should remain under the care of a full-service endocrinologist as well.

EndoHealth MD is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance.
We provide superbills you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Dr. Roehnelt has opted out of Medicare; services cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement.
