All memberships begin after your New Patient Experience ($950) or Transfer of Care visit ($475 for patients from Dr. Roehnelt's prior practice)
Membership billing begins the day you enroll
Labs, medications, and imaging are not included in membership fees and are billed separately
EndoHealth MD is not an emergency service — for urgent or life-threatening situations please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
Dr. Roehnelt has opted out of Medicare — services cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement
We provide superbills you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement
